Lol, it's with the whole v21 shaders update, it's just fog with light shining through it, and it makes this really neat effect.

Just save up and get a good PC.
Right now I have a decent card, Radeon 7450. It runs bearable on high settings, but after that the fps drops to being unplayable. I'm looking into building a PC soon.

Well, since I was allowed to use the build, I had an idea.
"Blockland Mini-Resort"
Set place on that exact build, it'd be like a Gmod-Tower themed server.
Every time the boat stops, a little event would take place such as a parkour challenge with fallen boxes in the water. Winner gets points.
Points can be spent on hats, different lights, and possibly more.
To make it better I'm gunna ask around for a no-player-collision mod.

That sounds like a good idea, but the boat would have to be bigger. I could build one for that when I get done with my current yacht.
