Good clan ideas?

Alot of clans these days are just about building, eventing, and even creep bear and I can't stand it. Yes I admit my clan was not to grand but at least it wasn't stolen or just plain handicapped. I just want to improve that clan so are there any suggestions on what a clan could be based around? Thanks in advance.
