that would be the fault of the mother. for lying to the child about her dad not being a criminal and deserving all he got.

I'm curious about who was filming this whole thing. The entire time the SWAT team is on high alert, in tactical stance positions, and remaining stealthy outside of the house. Yet this guy filming is just casually standing in the front yard and walking around the house not yet completely cleared by the teams.

was prob filmed by the police themselves. much easier to cover your ass later when questions arise.

Probably a cameraman from a TV crew.
They're normally given quite extensive instructioning on when to go in and whatnot, and are around numerous cases like these.

You'll see it sometimes, but as far as I can recall, the Police don't normally stop to call in the cameraman on Police Action TV shows.
