I tried to refresh my computers performance index, and it was nearly done checking when i got a BSoD. I'm using Windows 7 Professional Service pack 1 64-bit and haven't had any problem, up until this one. Can any of you guys help?

If you mean post what it says in the file I'm not getting an "open with" option and I can't attach it, butt here is the file name, if that helps:

Edit: I can't upload it straight to mediafire because access is denied. I can't add it to a winrar archive because access is denied. Basically all I can do is give you guys the file name and that is it.
