I have too many problems to sum up into one title
Let me start at the beginning:

I wanted to change my profile picture

Didn't work?

so then I tried making a new account so current ID = forum ID

What happened is I basically screwed up A TON registering, and now I have a new account in which the ID is -1 and so I have an account I'm afraid to use, and an account that still hasn't loaded my new profile pic.

I'm such a mess. Any recommendations? Will I get banned if I use the new account?

I'm so confused

But somehow it glitched and it says my ID is -1

You need to enter your key. Any attempt to make a post will bring you to the correct page.

Clear your browsers cache, and your profile picture should become what you changed it to.

are you sure?
to clear cache on chrome

1) go to settings
2) click "Show advanced settings"
3) under privacy uncheck "Predict network actions to improve page load performance"

You can also press Ctrl+F5 to force reload all contents on a web page. See if that fixes your profile picture problem.

It's been a few days and it hasn't been working.
I think there is some timeout where after a time you can't change you're profile pic.
