Author Topic: Medieval Inn/Tavern (Original Composition)  (Read 1673 times)

Hi everyone! The following song is the first of a pack of original music I am currently working on, intended for Medieval RPs. If you have any requests for the pack, please say so in the comments, since I'm not exactly sure where to go with it. I'd also like any constructive criticism and any help with the looping, which didn't come out as well as I anticipated (it's still passable, but it could be a lot better). The download link is below.

(This is the updated version, looped by King of the Bill.)

Thank you for your download, and enjoy!

Hey, I fixed the looping, but I need to know what bit rate it's saved in so I don't degrade it by mistake.
Edit: I couldn't get the filesize to quite match it's previous incarnation. I'll upload both versions: The unnecessarily high quality (226 kb despite being shorter than the original) and the unsolvably low quality (115kb, as compared to former 195).
Edit2: If you're working in Vegas Movie Studio, there's an option you can disable to move audio tracks with complete freedom; in the Options menu, disable Quantize to Frame. It's so precise you're best shrinking the grid size way down as well. Really helps with looping.

Wow, thanks, I'll go test it out right now!

EDIT: HQ version is great! I use Audacity, so I guess I should upgrade to Vegas. I presume there is a Mac version, yes? Otherwise, I might have to send you all of my stuff since I'm not going to have a windows computer for a while.

No problem
Took me all of five minutes. And most of that was tweaking the compression lol
