BL_IDs not being sold in order?

He had the ID 50814 before I bought the key I'm using now.
Now my ID is only 44893.

What's going on here?
Are deactivated keys being reused, or is the order that keys are sold in not completly linear?

Someone bought ~5K keys I think. Could be a third-party site selling them for a little cheaper to make it profit because I think the IDs skipped during a sale.

blockland.us is currently selling the 40ks, and badspot recently got blockland on amazon and they sell the 50ks, so yeah.

Considering I have a 50k ID and I bought it from amazon, that is why the BL_ID's seem out of order.
