JVS content is admin only

Hey guys. So I'm trying to host a sever, but when a non admin player tries to use JVS it spits out "JVS content is admin only", or something along those lines. I don't see any preferences to turn this off. Any idea how to fix it?

This is because JVS registers its events as admin only for no reason.
