WHICH ONE

by the way don't ask me why I'm installing 6.0
Also I need an Xfce desktop interface, how do I go about installing that?

Think you want the one near the bottom of the page of the below link, which is labeled: debian-live-7.0.0-i386-xfce-desktop.iso

installing 6.0

I'm worried 7.0 would be a resource hogger like 12.04 is for ubuntu. Either way I want to save every bit that I can because of memory limitations.

That pretty much goes against logic. Newer versions would likely be far better. It's just like saying you'd rather use Android 2 instead of Android 4. 4.3 is at least 6 times faster, smoother and more efficient than 2.0.
