Author Topic: Sleep-Cluttered Brain  (Read 350 times)

Well, it's 3am and I've been trying to fall asleep for 2 and a half hours.  My mind cannot stop thinking of the randomest cluttery crap and I just want to sleep.

Any suggestions?

I usually have to be off electronics for an hour before I can sleep.
I'm up late working right now, but normally I would be in bed.

I just finished a composition, and it's been playing over and over in my head.  I also ate near to nothing yesterday.  All the sleep pills are in my parents' medicine cabinet, and I don't want to wake them up.

I have the same problem so I convert my clutter into a world of my own design. If you wanna see just how much I've made from stories that began as "drunk on insomnia" check out The Superscape Project in Creativity.

I embraced the clutter.

It's that "too tired to sleep" thing. I really hate it when that happens
