Just because it's a mac doesn't mean with RTB it'll lag a lot. What are your computer specs? Also, I'm pretty sure "fixing" lag is nearly impossible at this point.

RTB doesn't work on OSX Lion (I think it's Lion anyway) - make sure you have the latest version of OSX.

I had a similar problem but, RTB freeze my Blockland. I am a Mac person and the frozen RTB on BL on Mac is my problem.

I am on BL a lot, and i have no problem with RTB and lag. Mybanks, its prob because Frostbite lags. (do you mean winter bite?)

2008 macbook pro running mountain lion reporting in, runs fine on max.

Do you meen internet lag (where the lag icon is poping up often) or graphical lag (very low FPS)?

i have a mac and RTB is really crashy for me but that's just because i have a slightly older version of mac

My mac doesn't lag with RTB so It got to be you're Mac version is it Lion,Leopard,Snow Leopard. I have 10.5.8 Leopard so Its good for me. :)

RTB works on Lion and Snow Leopard. If I had to guess, it works on Mountain Lion and Leopard as well. The biggest system change between these four OSes was between Snow Leopard and Lion. I have run RTB on both, so I imagine it'd be backwards compatible with Leopard and forward compatible with Mountain Lion.
