I can't copy or highlight text + other problems

I can't copy or highlight text on this forum, or any board on the website, but it works fine on all other website. It comes out grey instead of blue and it doesn't copy. It also automatically assumes I'm done typing when I click out the box to check another tab etc. Weirdest thing ever.

I was using Safari. It's fine now but my avatar doesnt show up.
