Cannot open programs installed recently

A while ago Windows asked me to re-enter my activation key, so I did. Then something happened - Steam got uninstalled and a bunch of other like Blockland did, I had to reinstall them. But a problem. Most of them could not be opened. Luckily my internet browser still works!

I tried to re-install some image snapshot program I use alot, puush. Then I click it... nothing.

Help. This happens with all recently installed programs!

I can't even open my anti-virus

Go on another computer and download the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware installer.
Install malwarebytes onto a flash drive.
Boot your computer into safe mode (Try spamming the F7 key after POST, if that doesn't work, try running your finger down the function key row immediately after POST so that you end up trying every other option)
Plug in the flash drive and run a Malwarebytes full scan
