I just asked my mother, and she said that he knew John Lennon as a kid, he used to come over to my dad's house and eat dinner there. And my dad toured with The Beatles when he was thirteen. Look up on google: 'Geoff Workman'.

Worked with King Crimson, eh? He's alright in my book.

If you need any more information, that post that says he died is true. He died over three years ago. He would have turned 66 on September 21st.

EDIT: Here are those pictures you asked for.
This one is all of them grouped together.

These next four go in this order; Motley Crue, The Cars, Journey and Dokken

And these next four go in the same order as above.

By the way, these are platinum records, and we used to have 28 of them, but alas, thanks to the IRS, we lost most of them.

EDIT2: I have picture of my dad. The box the picture is standing on contains his ashes. I think you can conjure up what that means. There are also a bunch of rock tour badges.

I'll be damned. Those things must be worth 3 and a half fortunes each. I can't believe some government richardhole has been bothering you so he could put this stuff on his wall.

I have a ton of old 45 rpms, I think like, five Beatles 33 rpm albums, and a few 78's. But Mainly 45s, Doo Wop, and Rock N roll, fifties.

yeah CDs
but FLAC yo
It's not about the quality of the playback format but rather the methods used to record the music in the first place. Oversimplifying it it's digital against brown townog methods and the different effects they can have on the input source. There are demonstrable differences in sound between all sorts of recording mediums but which one you prefer is a subjective matter.

Also CDs typically contain uncompressed audio so I don't even know why you brought up FLAC against them. How do you think people make FLAC versions of songs?

This.
Not to mention the older discs have the original masters on them, which is interesting to listen to if you've only heard the remasters.
