"Tests" in RTB prefs?

When I go to the preferences tab in sever control with RTB, there's an are labeled "Tests", one is labeled "Test 1" and has an area where you can type something in, and another labeled "Test 2" with a slider. Changing anything does not seem to affect anything. I disabled all addons, and it was still there. What does this mean, and what does this do? Thanks.

They're defined by RTB, they prefs they change don't seem to affect anything

Aren't Test1 - Test3 explosions?  I thought I remember those being either projectiles or explosions for the output event SpawnProjectile or SpawnExplosion, I don't remember which one (I assume explosion).

They are tests for the RTB pref system. Just ignore them.
