Steam suddenly forgetting all of my payment info?

Okay, Steam has never done this, but anyways, I was going to buy some Tropico 4 DLC for only $1, but when I got to the payment part, it seemed as if Steam had forgotten all of my payment info/whatever

Has this happened to anybody else?

I don't know then, I'm sorry. It is possible that you could of deleted your cookies or cache accidentally while doing that though (of course I'm just going into speculation).

how could they, i've never signed up for a phishing site, the only things i've downloaded i have scanned on the VirusTotal, so yeah

I remember deleting browsing history and cookies n' stuff recently actually, but I don't know if it was before or after I bought the most recent game I have.

it turns out that if you change your password, it automatically resets your payment info

I changed my password quite recently in a freakout paranoia attack that I got phished (turns out I wasn't phished) so yeah
