Yeah, didn't really read anything past the admin stuff part :x
I could propose a ton of things but I believe they'd be too hard with events.
But some ideas are:
An actual stock board with the numbers instead of the chat list
An automatic tick that updates the stock board and gives all players money instead of the button
Simple AI that makes the stock price fluctuate instead of the preset fluctuations (simulate actual buying and selling or something or supply and demand based on events that could happen to the stock)

I'm just throwing this out there because I always thought coding a server that did stock trading would be awesome

what I could do is make graphing and make the ticks automatic.

Reluctant to do the actual stock board with numbers because I'm likely to add new stocks, which means it'd be a hassle to add them to the board..it can be done but after other stuff.

Giving the players money would require a constant relay or scripting, so I can't do that easily :/

New update: Players can now represent different stocks. This means that if Player 1 decides to open a business and names it after a pre-named stock, that stock will go up and down depending on the business revenue.
