Dell XPS showing changing of screen brightness & volume on screen?

I have a Dell XPS M1530 notebook (I'm writing this on it right now) and I had to reinstall my Windows 7 b/c of new disk. I had all my stuff on my old disk but it has bad segment and i don't want to screw with it, and I need the software to showing change of screen brightness and volume on screen.
Anybody know what's it called ?

IF you search for your Dell XPS model number, it'll possibly come with the drivers that are shipped with the laptop itself. If not, resort to finding some other software which changes brightness/volume settings, which should be available.

if everything fails, ring up Dell and see what they say about it.
