Saints Row 3, top + bottom of screen cut off ?

On my XBOX 360 , I am playing Saints Row 3. There's a really annoying problem; slivers of the top and the bottom are cut off. Now, I'm not missing anything important, but it really irks me. Does anyone else have this problem or can anyone else help me? I think this is the right section.
