I can't load with ownership?

Running a mini empires server, I have to save players builds before I shut down, I make sure to save, and load, ownership of the bricks. But still, whenever I load, all of other players bricks are now mine.

Can I fix this? Why don't it save and/or load with ownership?

When someone builds on your bricks then if you reload it, it ends up as your bricks. You could have each empire on its own baseplate for its island and the real owner could duplicate it.
