The arousal doesn't have to be equal, at least I think.
Biloveual could mean you're a little attracted to the same or opposite love. Cause I've met gay people who find women repulsive, like they are abominations or something...
It doesn't have to be equal.
Biloveuality simply means you like both boys and girls, and you can have a preference for one over the other, even if it's a 95/5 margin. (At that point I wouldn't consider someone bi, but if they want to call their selves bi then no problem.)
