Profile pic help!

I need help on editing my profile, when i upload my profile pic to my profile, then view my profile, the changes wont show up.
That's why i dont have a profile pic.
Complicated way of saying:
I go to my profile, click "edit profile" then i select a profile pic.
Then after that, i go to my profile, and the pic i uploaded wont show up!

make sure the checkbox thing near the avatar uploading thing is checked
