The Ninth was angry, the Tenth was lonely, and the Eleventh seems like he is getting over it (somewhat)

The Ninth seemed happy and energetic, but in a goofy way. And you have to admit, the things that happened to the Tenth were grounds to be lonely.

Like I said, haven't seen much of Matt yet.

The things that happened to The Doctor that made him lonely happened to the Ninth. You can say the whole Rose thing, but I think it was more about losing his whole race and planet.
