It seems it's just ignoring the spawn sphere and spawning as close to 0 0 0 as possible.
Console, there's a bit with me trying to find out why lol.

Are your packages on GameConnection::createPlayer sending the spawn transform as well as the client to ::spawnPlayer?

Somewhere in the Jail, Hidenames, or terroristMini packages is something that is breaking the spawn points. If I had to guess i'd say it's probably the "Jail" package because that's the most likely to try and change your spawn point.

I tried disabling anything that has a package editing spawnPlayer in and it didn't fix the problem.

That what happend to me but i fixed it by deleting it or disabling it i think the best way is to delete the terrorist mod.
