NOTE: I am not sure if this is a bug in Blockland itself or in the mod "Events GUI Plus".
New NOTE: I would have pictures but Blockland decided not to take them. :/
How to Reproduce:
Step 1:
Open up the Events menu.
Step 2:
Resize the window so that the "Send" and "Cancel" buttons overlap with the blue bar at the top.
Step 3:
Fix the size to normal.
Now you can't click the "Send" or "Cancel" buttons without resizing it! Yay!
How to Fix:
Step 1:
Restart Blockland.
Not sure if Blockland or Events GUI Plus.
