This is what happened when i load bricks. The high up the brick are placed, the bricks dont load.It never says brick have finished loading either. I dont have any missing bricks.

Have you tried changing the maximum blocks when you start a server?

hm... Yeah this could possibly be the problem, are you sure the save didn't work or something?

I have the same problem, so to solve it i'm restart my server.
