Forum profile picture wont change

I havent been able to change my profile picture for some reason. I've double checked that it's the right size, done the history thingy clearing (cant remember exactly what it was, but I know I've tried it) and even change the file type (png, jpg and so on...), but still the avatar wont change.

upload your avatar like you normally would, save then press F5 (refreshes page)

Still didnt do a thing. I can see the picture loading slightly delay after I ctrl F5, but it still stays as my previous profile picture.

Could try resizing it to 75x75 before uploading.
I always do that because I trust my image editor to preserve quality than whatever resizing script the forum uses; I've never had trouble with avatar changes
