Decal won't work.

I made a decal called Decal_ASNchest with this and when I put it in my add-ons folder, it worked.
Then when I tried to upload it, it said I couldn't upload folders.
So I changed it to a WinRAR ZIP archive and then it wouldn't show up in avatar options anymore.

1. The thumb had a (3) in the name
2. You put the folder in a zip.
3. Fixed it.

You put a thumbs folder in the thumbs folder
