First download the Crosshair to desktop
Ok then You open your BL Folder Then You Hit Base
Then Client
Then Ui
Then Drag the crosshair to the folder

Then the patcher would just replace it with the default crosshair.
You need to set it to read-only once you put the new crosshair in the folder.
Also, why do we need an accurate crosshair? The one we have is accurate enough, there is a rare chance of someone actually needing to be that accurate.

I am just getting used to this ok? I am very new to things like this

I mean, I used to do this when I was new too, but it's better to get people to act mature sooner rather than later.

Ahh I forgot that age when a good 40% of the addon section was crosshairs.
On a real note, this isn't very versatile. Think about each subsection of weapons. would you use it with a knife? or a shotgun?
Actually a crosshair that changed with the weapon would be really neat.
