I was on RTB, I wanted to get VCE...

Well I couldn't find it...

Was it failed?

It was made private when Zack0Wack0 (I think thats how you spell it) / Destiny decided to go full handicap and decided to post that VCE was deficient and a waste of effort / was so crappy
