Have you tried resizing to 75x75?

Make sure the avatar is 75x75.
Clear the cache after changing it.
Make sure the size isn't too big.

Post the avatar.

It also removes the current avatar.

Have you tried resizing to 75x75?

If it isn't the correct size it gets automatically resized. It doesn't prevent you from using an avatar bigger than 75x75.
