to give an actual answer to the problem, you could try wiping your hard drive and only having the OS and BL on it, and making sure there is nothing else running in the background
while not buying better internet, you could try making sure you are getting the most out of what you have by plugging in your computer directly instead off using wireless, or by moving closer to a router if you do use wireless
Oh, and may I suggest you stop acting like a complete idiot? It only results in your key being revoked, meaning you can't play anymore and basically loose 20$.
I don't see how his key would be revoked from this, he's not harming anybody and might not be trying to piss everybody off
