Thats tribal! But yeah, BNFB won't be participating in it. I don't think this is fair for other clans, and Im not sure about the judging. it would have to be one of those things where no one knows who built what at all. Also, these challenges may not be tailored to the theme of the building clan, as I said. Good luck to GBLD! I will be participating with them though.
Also, you said it yourself, often times, people are busy "Having a life." To give them a difficult task to complete on the spot is kind of silly. This may be kind of hard to do, getting things organized.
