What Dot said, but to be honest, 90% of the video is you walking slowly in a building turning on lights. Its not really that interesting until you get outside for the last 10 seconds.

Pretty good idea but it needs
1) subtle music playing
2) darker environment, so the lights matter more
3) more obvious destruction inside the building
4) dramatic camera pan-away
5) flickering text

(in order of importance, #5 being the least so)
