i got an idea - how about all BL_ID are invisible except for your own? that way, people cant discriminate and you can still use events that require BL_IDS, if you require another player's blid, just ask for it.

I think a good way to go about it, is have users be able to go into the Holding Tank section - but with a disclaimer letting the user know that the Add-Ons in there are unapproved.

What if someone posts a failed add-on or even a virus

some people might be able to download it and no matter what warning, it still would be RTB's responsibility

It'd be the users fault for downloading a potentially dangerous file, when they are given a fair warning of the dangers of downloading an unapproved Add-On.

Hell, what's stopping people from doing the same thing in the Add-On board on these forums? Nothing. They get fail-binned, or no one downloads them.

Why would user owned chat rooms come before the chat system is rewritten? Doesn't that seem counter productive to you? Feel free to suggest ideas but there's no point trying to second guess the road map.
