My google account got de-activated (HELP)

So today after SimCity 5 crashed, I decided to go to youtube. I noticed I wasn't signed into youtube, so I try signing in. I notice a triangular box with a "!" in it. I ignore it, sign in, and it redirects me to a de-activation page, saying how my account was de-activated. I start panicking, and I try to make a new one. It kept redirecting me to my phone verification page, but I lost my phone a few days ago.

anyone know what to do?!?!

Yeah, I was lucky and got a number I could memorize easily. Though memorizing your phone number isn't difficult. :/

EDIT: But I think even if he had his number, it wouldn't matter much. They might send him a text verify thing like some websites do. I'm not sure about Google, but if they do that there is no difference.

i put my phone number into a song and thats how i memorized it. same with the us presidents and the states.

My number has an interesting pattern.

My mums number consists of 2 double digits next to each other, then another 2 double digits, then another set of double digits, like so

0273 or whatever 115599 - fyi not my mums real number.
Quite easy to remember.
