How Can I do Pics/Vids on Forum Posts

Ok, just a simple question. I am not 100% sure how to do pictures or short videos on forum posts. When I do pictures as an attachment they come out looking like this. Do I have to upload them to some kind of online album or something?

you can either
A. upload the picture to the forums like you did there
B. upload it elsewhere and use [img][/img] tags
C. upload it to the forums like you did, and then use [img][/img] tags to put it in you text (it should give you a link of some kind for where the file is uploaded to)

for videos, you must link to the site I think, I don't think you can embed videos like the images

yes, and then you can link them here by enclosing them in img tags as phflack described
