So like, there were these swimming amphibian things in a circular frame that would swim around and they were colored the same as the instrument they represent, like red for one instrument, yellow for another, etc.

It wasn't that, you could maker longer songs with around 5 instruments.

There was a note line and then 5 rows of colored bars.
