It's a nice video, but could use a much better structure/formatting...
Perhaps a script, or cue cards for you guys to follow? The pace seems to drop a lot and makes the video drag out much longer than it needs to.

Other than that, I liked it (:
You guys have some good chemistry, and the effects/comments were all interesting.

But like I said, pace it up a little more.

The whole thing felt really disorganized to be honest. For a start this was more of a lets play than a review considering seventeen minutes of the video was just you guys playing mindlessly. The newsroom is nicely built and the video editing is perfectly fine, you don't need to fix anything there. When it comes to you actually 'reviewing' the server however; I feel like you have no clue what you're saying, half of the time you have to pause in speech for a couple of seconds. Also you need to stop spam clicking and making weird yelling noises; it makes me cringe until I have lines on my forehead.

Anyway I could see this review idea going somewhere, but at the moment it just feels like you're trying too hard to be funny and not saying anything of value.

First off, you probably should mention at the start of the video that the server IS in alpha. Or maybe you should've waited till the server is finished.

Your little office at the start is not that nice, some things were funny but the game play was a little stretched.
While cheese is on a higher level of shaders than slimy, it doesn't work well.
Anyways, I am gonna invite you to review my server when its completed, and if you want, you can interview me or whatever.

Good job anyways, I always like to see review videos of my server.
