When I hit the thumbs up on a comment, the thumb turns light blue and the number of likes is incremented.
When I hit the thumbs down on a comment, it turns a little darker, but the likes number stays the same.
If I refresh the page, the comments I liked will still have a blue thumbs up and the incremented like count, where as the comments I disliked will have the same color thumbs as before and no changes in the likes count.
