Good Radar Apps/Programs?

I don't just mean the ones with the color intensity to show density/precip. In need a radar that can track the storm track and perhaps have some other custom features. Any suggestions?

Yeah that is what storm chasers do....track where a storm is going with a tracking cursor with a custom speed set.

There are tons of those. I just want one that can highlight the leading edge of a storm, where I can thendrag the edge out until it matches the speed, just to get a good idea on where the best spots will be at the projected time.

I guess it does sound kind of confusing, but they are used in DOWs and the computers inside them.
