(Assuming by "snap" you mean take a screenshot of)

Snipping tool comes with windows by default

For uploading to a website, i use ShareX

its just the print screen key like always. but can instantly crop and edit in paint, or instantly save.

it can also super quick crop and host and link if you need.

i use puush and then drag the file onto my desktop.

Pretty much what I do.

ShareX is pretty cool.

Light shot (as far as I'm aware, this is what I see from other friends who use it) only uploads to imageshack, which used to be really slow.
The page it gives you where you picture is 'hosted' is filled with ads and a bunch of other stuff it has to load

It uplaods to imgur for me. And there's no ads.
