That urge to make a thread that you know you'll regret making

I'm probably not the only one who's ran into this before. That feeling where you really want to start a new thread but you know that it'll be bashed with hatred and/or will probably get you banned. I just ran into that a couple seconds ago, which is why I made this thread. I want to know if anyone else ran into this and what topic(s) they had that urge to make. For me, it would either be a rebirth of my dumbass blocklanders thread I made a while back, or a post asking how many times people were Drama'd. So what have you pulled away from becoming a thread? I'd like to know.

EDIT: I've also had ideas of a good thread, but didn't know what part of the forum I would put it in.
