VCE problem

Ok so after a thread I posted on suggestions backfired. I decided to download vce and learn it... but, when I wen't on RTB and clicked Variable Condition Events it said "The file you are trying to view is Private. This means you cannot see or download it unless you are on the access list."

Can someone give me a different link, or tell me why i am seeing this if it used to be a public file?

Can't

#1- The adds cause massive lag on my computer
#2- I found something now (topic is going to be locked)
#3- The forget does that have to do with anything?
