Why won't YouTube upload?

So, for the past around 3 weeks, whenever I try to upload a video on YouTube, it gives me this after about a minute of waiting:

I've tried reloading, but this keeps happening. When I choose the basic uploader, it lets me put in the basic video information, (title, description, tags, etc.) But when I click upload video, it just says, "Connecting..." in my Firefox tab. I've let it load for around 30 minutes on each attempt, but nothing happens. Has/does anyone else have this problem?

try a different browser? I've not had any issues with youtube and uploading so I couldn't really provide much help.

ok, I tried using Chrome and i've waited about 40 minutes for it to upload. i don't think that's working either.

try clearing your cache, that's all i can suggest.

I've had a bug like this before. When it asks you to upload or drop a file, if I clicked on it and browsed for the video it worked. It sometimes would work if I actually dragged the video to there.
