Make virtual keyboard input + virtual MIDI player?

I'm looking for some software that will simulate a input/output of a MIDI keyboard, which I can then use on a MIDI player. I'm mainly trying to use this for Multiplayer Piano, because it's really cool, and I want the MIDI to work.

What software should I use, because I've been using MidiPiano and LoopBe1 and nothing's been recognized by Multiplayer Piano.

I used LoopBe1 before and it worked for Multiplayer Piano. You have to play the MIDI file in a program that supports MIDI output channels, like MIDI editing software.
