Super shift problem

So once I was shut to demo, then I put my key back in, I went to a server and needed to use supershift, so I pressed ALT and the "SUPER SHIFT" didn't appear so I tried moving it and it just went normal speed.
Thoughts?

Make sure you're clicking the left alt, not the right one.

Make sure it's still bound in your keys?
