I'm editing this video and there is this graphics overlay where an image needs to be rotating far in the background. I have the image on a separate video track, and I'm using pan/crop to do the rotation, but I cannot have it rotate anywhere but right in the middle. In essence, I want to shift the image using pan, and then apply the rotation animation to it.
