i dont have any money. its not my parents PC. its mine. my loving bro found out my password and changed it.
i tried to boot with USB once but it didnt work so i dont think i can do those kind of solutions either

its not too hard to boot from USB. if you have access to another computer you can use hirens boot cd like nal said and use unetbootin to put it on a usb

The fact is your dad is in a very small minority.  As a matter of fact if you go ask just about anyone on the street, old or not, they probably won't have the first clue about computers.

You're acting like old people working on computers is some sort of common, every day thing, but that's only for you.  The fact of the matter is most old people haven't any idea about computers.

Alyx, reinstalling is probably the worst solution in this case. Asking his parents would probably be the worse solution. There are literally hundreds of different ways he can unlock his computer.
I personally recommend the Ultimate Boot CD to reset the Administrator account's password.
