I actually checked the buying age for airsoft before writing that because I thought it may be 16 or something, but what I found said if you're under 18 you need parental supervision to purchase and use airsoft weaponry.

In many provinces the legal age is actually 16, like Manitoba. You can look this up for yourself, it differs from province to province.

I was buying an airsoft gun a couple years ago to get my brother.  My mom was elsewhere in the store but I was paying.  The cashier gave me an earful on how its illegal to buy airsoft guns so I called my mom and she had to buy it :|
